Hey! I am Josh. I produce all sorts of video content. But, there is something special about being given the opportunity to spend such a special day with so many people.
I love getting to know others, and this makes capturing a wedding day even more enjoyable. I learn about you, your friends and family, your interests, and so much more. This makes it feel like I am a part of your wedding rather than just on the outside looking in. I learn what you’re looking for on the special day and that translates into a unique film for every couple.
As for myself, I like making movies, running, and camping. Capturing home videos translates into my business. I want to ensure memories live on so you can have a piece of them with you forever!

What do you charge?
I understand budgeting for a wedding can be stressful and every couple has different priorities when it comes to vendors. I respect all budgets and decisions. Currently my prices start at $2750. There are plenty of upgrades and add-ons available to customize your perfect film. The most important thing is making sure I am the right fit to capture your wedding day.
How do you know if we are the right fit?
Once you are interested in moving forward with me and have an idea of what type of video package you would like, we schedule a time to chat for a little bit so we can get to know each other. The chat does not have to be long, 10-15 minutes is usually fine. This gives us both an opportunity to learn a little about each other and, based on what exactly you are looking for in a videographer, I can be honest with you whether I feel I can properly fulfill your needs. I am not afraid to let you know if I think someone else may be a better fit for you!
How long does it take to finish a film?
I know how it feels to be eagerly awaiting your wedding day memories to be delivered to you! I spend as much time as I can on each film to curate it specifically for you. That is what makes it special. Delivery time depends on which package you choose, how you customize it, and when your wedding is. That being said, I do my best to give accurate delivery estimates for each couple. At minimum, 6 weeks is the shortest timeframe and at maximum, 16 weeks is the longest time frame. Most films fall between 8 and 10 week delivery times!
Is travel an additional cost?
I would love to come to you and film your wedding, wherever you are! Travel costs are determined on a case by case basis. To make everything smooth, I will book whatever additional travel and lodging myself for your wedding day to make sure I am as close as possible to the event and those costs will be added to the total invoice. All these details will be discussed when you book with Joshua Michael Films so no extra costs will be added to your package without you knowing!
